Code of conduct
- Our agents understand and are aware that they must comply with our code of conduct, which is approximately equal to Dutch military code of conduct.
- We act with legal, moral and ethical methods to reach our goal.
- We comply with all national laws and regulations and all local laws and respect the customs, traditions and religions of the countries we operate in.
- We only work for legitimate governments and customers.
- We act on the basis of strict confidence. We understand the essence of discretion and are familiar with confidentiality.
- With tactful and inconspicuous action, we try to reduce unwanted attention as much as possible.
- We do not accept and do not offer inappropriate gifts, favors or services.
- We do not discriminate in any way in regard to national origin, race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation or disability.
- To ensure this, we mainly work with former operators who have served within the special forces. Through our experience with covert operations, both within and outside our national borders, we understand the essence of the behaviours mentioned above.
